What Are My Shipping Options?

Free Shipping Protection

Order Confirmation & Processing

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We typically process and ship orders withinย 1โ€“3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and handing the package over to the postal carrier. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All payments are processed in USD. If you pay in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion at its exchange rate.


Where Do We Ship From?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the US, Asia, Australia, or the EU. We strive to ship from the location closest to you for fastest delivery. However, based on stock availability and production schedules, your order may ship from another location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For certain countries, we may collect prepaid duties and taxes during checkout to minimize delays. For other regions, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays or costs related to customs clearance. Customers refusing delivery due to customs fees will be responsible for return shipping costs.


What Happens if My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date. Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. But please contact us if you experience delays or any problems with your order. We always tend to reply within 24h.
