Refund & Returns Policy

As fellow consumers, nothing frustrates us more than brands that do not stand behind their products, or have poor after sales service. Here at Snap Strap, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


30-Day Free Returns

We offerย free returns within 30 daysย of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions listed below. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or covered under our shipping protection guarantee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Free Shipping Protection

Your order is covered by our shipping protection guarantee:

  • Full refund if your order is not delivered within 60 days of dispatch.
  • Full refund if your package is lost in transit.
  • Full refund or replacement if your product arrives damaged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Product must beย 100% unworn and unused.
  • For straps: no bending, creases, or buckle tongue marks through strap holes.
  • For watches: no scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the case, strap, or glass.
  • Original branded inner packaging (if supplied) must be included and undamaged.
  • All accessories, manuals, and inserts must be returned.

Returned products will be inspected. If any of the above conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.


Returns Process

To initiate a return, email us atย [email protected]ย using the following template:

Hi there, I would like to return my from order <#order number> because . I certify that the product is 100% unworn (no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue was not fitted through the strap hole / no wear marks on the watch). I understand that I will not be refunded the original shipping fees. Thank you.

Once we receive your request, we will reply with the return address. You may be asked to provide photos of the defective (returning) product. You may ship the product back via any courier or postal service of your choice. Please ensure the item is securely packed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days, less original shipping costs and any restocking fees (for custom or special orders).


Refunds

If approved, your refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method within several business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank; processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You may be asked to provide photos of the defective product. If you wish to exchange for another product, you will be refunded for the original item after we receive it, and you can place a new order separately (you may also place a new order before we receive your return).


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded (unless arrive damaged or defevtive) :

  • Personalized items
  • Braided nylon items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations or modifications withinย 12 hoursย of order placement. After this period, we may already have started processing your order and cannot guarantee changes.


General Terms

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.
